The client is actively a part of healing themselves. VOILA Method assesses & balances the Cranial Bones, in harmony with the body’s Keystones, in static & Dynamic Movement to create Equilibrium. 

The Body is a Pressure Unit and must work in synchronization for maximal results and benefits. With the Voila Method you can Restore Breathing Organically by syncing the diaphragms to create proper pressure within the Mind and Body. Strength should not rely on breath holding or unnatural muscle loading to maintain the pressure for core stability & strength. When the mind, body and soul are in balance, proper breathing and core stability occur naturally.

The ART of LISTENING is the Heart of VOILA Method. 

Dr. John uses this method to access the brain’s computer, find out what’s not working, and “ask” the body how it would most like to be corrected.  Dr. John is the only chiropractor and one of two Voila Method providers in the state of Nevada.

What is Fascial Stretch Therapy?

Fascial Stretch Therapy, or FST, is an innovative system of manual, assisted stretch therapy technique that includes joint capsule, fascial and muscular stretching to rapidly reduce or eliminate pain, improve mobility, restore impaired function, reduce recovery time & optimize overall performance. 

FST is very different than what we think of as traditional stretching or bodywork, It is more functional and dynamic. Unlike traditional stretching or bodywork that only attempts work on muscles, FST engages the entire myofascial system by targeting muscles as well as their neighboring joints, ligaments, tendons, and bones.

What to expect during your first FST session

During your FST session, Dr. John, will move your body in undulating spiral diagonal patterns known as stretch waves paired with traction to access the joint capsule, the deepest level of fascia. Breathing is synchronized with stretch waves for greater efficiency and an additional therapeutic effect. This pain-free therapy allows your body to relax and receive greater benefits versus traditional bodywork, like deep tissue work or Rolfing, that is often painful and can result in muscular guarding.

Fascial Stretch Therapy is a pain-free, relaxing, easy and convenient form of bodywork. Clients stay fully-clothed and relaxed as the session is performed tailored to your specific needs. There is no use of massage oils or creams. Clients will leave their session feeling renewed, relaxed and mobile.

Why Get Chiropractic Adjustments?
